Role:

Understand business requirements and translate them into cloud-based solutions Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures using public cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and technologies to optimize performance, cost, and security Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to enable rapid and consistent deployment of cloud resources Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions to minimize downtime and data loss Develop and implement security policies and best practices to ensure the security and compliance of the cloud infrastructure Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that the cloud architecture aligns with the overall IT strategy and business goals Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and translate them into cloud-based solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures using public cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, such as implementing virtual networks, load balancers, and auto-scaling groups.

• Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and technologies to optimize performance, cost, and security, such as recommending the use of a serverless architecture for cost optimization.

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to enable rapid and consistent deployment of cloud resources.

• Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions to minimize downtime and data loss, such as setting up cross-region replication for databases or implementing multi-region cloud architectures.

• Develop and implement security policies and best practices to ensure the security and compliance of the cloud infrastructure, such as following AWS security best practices and guidelines.

• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that the cloud architecture aligns with the overall IT strategy and business goals, such as working with the application development team to optimize the application architecture for the cloud environment.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization, such as evaluating the use of serverless architectures or machine learning services to improve business operations.
