Role:

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews, to attract and select qualified candidates.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees, including orientation sessions, to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees, such as leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion training, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback, to promote high performance and development.

  • Handle employee relations issues, such as disputes or complaints, to maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as labor laws and data privacy regulations, to protect employee data and ensure legal compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, such as employee handbook, code of conduct, and leave policies, to guide employee behavior and promote consistency and fairness.
